There is an option to enable auto-sending SMS with links to your app right from the Dispatch panel. Not only it improves clients’ experience but helps to convert them into your passenger app users. SMS is sent in the language of your company panel and has the following data:


Car color, car make, plate number, order status, link to your branded app.

For immediate bookings there are 2 SMS (1 - with driver details, 2 - when driver arrived). Below you can find examples of the messages:

For scheduled (future) bookings there are 3 SMS, (1 - with taxi details, 2 - when driver starts the ride, 3 - when driver arrived).

The cost of this service is 99 usd/month and it includes the exact number of SMS according to the cost of SMS in your country. Check the cost https://www.twilio.com/sms/pricing/. For example, a local text message in France costs 0,076 USD. It means monthly SMS package of the client there will include 99USD : 0,076 USD = 1302 messages from dispatch. Any extra test message above the package will be charged from your company balance as per the cost of 1 SMS (0,076 USD).

The feature can be activated directly from your company panel. Navigate to tab "Billing" >> Available services >> SMS notifications. Click on "SMS notifications" and subscribe to the service to activate it.
