Message “Only 3rd party services are available” will appear on the app if a client of yours travels outside operational area of your company and there are other companies working on our platform in this area. Some clients think that this interferes with business, while in reality:

  • your company DOES NOT miss on orders, as your Drivers can not provide service outside of your working radius.
  • your customer can get served wherever he/she travels which only enhances positive user experience.

If a passenger opens your branded app in the operational area of a third company his app screen will show: "Only 3rd party services are available". If he taps on "Set pickup" button, a message as per the second screenshot will pop up. On pressing OK the client will be directed to the next screen with services available on the territory.
