Message “Only 3rd party services are available” will appear on the app if a client of yours travels outside operational area of your company and there are other companies working on our platform in this area (article that describes Operational area is here) . Some clients think that this interferes with business, while in reality:
- your company DOES NOT miss on orders, as your Drivers can not provide service outside of your working radius.
- your customer can get served wherever he/she travels which only enhances positive user experience.
If a passenger opens your branded app in the operational area of a third company his app screen will show: "Only 3rd party services are available". If he taps on "Set pickup" button, a message as per the second screenshot will pop up. On pressing OK the client will be directed to the next screen with services available on the territory.
